Monica Garcia has suffered a pregnancy loss, weeks after announcing she was expecting her fifth child.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City personality, 39, revealed the devastating news on her Instagram, writing her child had 'no heartbeat.'
She shared the update on Instagram, writing: 'One thing I promised myself when opening my life up to all of you was that I was going to do it completely unapologetically and authentically raw as possible.
'I would show you my life in all aspects because that is what I agreed to do. Unfortunately, today I need to share a very heartbreaking aspect. “There is no heartbeat” I don’t have many words and I’m still processing all of this myself.
'As quickly as this happened, that’s how quickly things have changed. I am sending so much love to everyone dealing with miscarriages, fertility issues, pregnancy problems, if you have an angel baby, and everything in-between.

The Bravo star revealed the heartbreaking news on her Instagram, sharing she learned her child had 'no heartbeat'
Garcia said she was 'so grateful' for the people who have provided 'an amazing support system' for her during the tough time, including her 'incredible' doctors.
'I am so blessed to have all of you in my corner and I appreciate how beautiful you all have been to me about this baby,' she said. 'I love you and I’m so thankful for you.'
Garcia accompanied the message with two black-and-white images, one of herself holding hands with someone, and another as she received medical care in a hospital.
Garcia publicly announced her pregnancy appearing on the podcast The Viall Files on April 11, as she was asked what was in her immediate future in the wake of her exit from the Bravo series.
Garcia said that she had 'literally just found out' she was seven weeks pregnant.
She added, 'I have not told one f***ing person except for my best friend.'
Garcia said she was informed about the pregnancy during a trip to an urgent care center for 'something totally unrelated.'
She said that she had an emotional reaction when she was informed about her pregnancy at the medical facility.

'I literally, I was on the urgent care floor bawling my eyes out,' she said. 'Cause I'm like, "I'm 39, there's no way." I'm on birth control. Like, by all means, I should not be pregnant … it's so scary, but it's so crazy.'
Garcia said that she had been expecting with a man named Braxton, who she has been quietly dating for awhile.
